Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that guest villas reflect the resort’s brand values of comfort, cleanliness, and luxury.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee villa attendants, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with resort policies, health guidelines, and high service standards. Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu, you will:
- Supervise and support villa attendants in their daily operations.
- Assign daily cleaning tasks and schedules based on occupancy and operational needs.
- Inspect guest villas to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to resort standards.
- Address guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new associates.
