Key Responsibilities
As a Bartender at Milaidhoo Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving beverages with consistency and creativity, ensuring each drink meets luxury standards.
- Delivering personalized service and engaging confidently with guests at the bar and lounge areas.
- Staying up to date with emerging bar trends, mixology techniques, and wine pairing concepts.
- Maintaining excellent grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in line with Forbes/LQA service expectations.

- Collaborating with the F&B team to design innovative cocktail menus and guest experiences.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in luxury bar operations or 5-star hospitality.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, mixology, wine pairing, and contemporary bar trends.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional service with attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong understanding of Forbes/LQA service standards.
- High level of hygiene, grooming, and professional presentation.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
- Warm and confident guest engagement skills with a professional presence.
