Fiyavalhu Maldives is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join its Food and Beverage team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering world-class guest service.
The Assistant F&B Manager will support the F&B leadership team in managing daily operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and achieving departmental goals. Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant F&B Manager at Fiyavalhu Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring high-quality service standards are maintained across all outlets.
- Assisting with both short-term and long-term planning for F&B operations.
- Supervising and motivating team members to achieve performance and service goals.

Qualifications and Skills Required
