OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru Resort is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. We are currently inviting applications for the positions of Waiter (Maldivian Only) and F&B Supervisor.
These roles are ideal for professionals passionate about hospitality, dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences, and eager to grow in a luxury resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Waiter: Provide attentive, high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and a welcoming dining experience.
- F&B Supervisor: Oversee daily restaurant operations, support and train team members, and ensure service excellence is consistently maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in line with resort standards.
- Assist guests with menu choices and provide recommendations when required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Coordinate with other resort departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star resort in the Maldives.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Pleasant personality, energetic, and willing to work in shifts.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Flexible, hands-on, patient, and highly service oriented.
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
- For Waiter position: Maldivian nationals only.
