Sun Siyam Vilu Reef Maldives is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about storytelling, branding, and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive revenue and elevate the resort's presence in the global market.
As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead initiatives that enhance guest engagement, develop impactful campaigns, and contribute to the growth and success of Sun Siyam Vilu Reef Maldives.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and understanding consumer behavior.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and presenting marketing initiatives persuasively.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Collaborating with other resort departments to enhance guest experiences through marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
