Job Title and Description: Sales Executive
Grand Park Kodhipparu is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive, preferably with experience in Indian and Middle East markets, to help expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in hospitality sales, especially those who have worked in Destination Management Companies (DMCs) or hotels.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. If you have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively in a competitive market, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all accounts assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and special offers targeted at Travel Agents and corporate clients.

Participate in sales calls alongside the sales team to acquire new business and close deals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand positioning.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is mandatory.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in a DMC or hotel environment.

Proven ability to manage accounts and implement sales objectives effectively.

Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.

Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Experience working with India and Middle East markets preferred.
