ROBINSON Maldives is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Restaurant Hostess to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a multi-national environment and are committed to providing warm, personalized service to all guests.
As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests in the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional dining experience through excellent service, attentiveness, and a welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting guests with menu selection and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Coordinating with the restaurant team to manage guest flow efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant entrance and seating areas.
- Handling guest requests and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Supporting daily restaurant operations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within hospitality or F&B services.
- Enthusiastic and confident working with multi-national guests and colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
