Job Title: Island Hostess
Are you vibrant, energetic, and service-oriented? OBLU SELECT Lobigili is looking for an Island Hostess to be the warm, welcoming face of the resort. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who have strong interpersonal skills and a flair for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
As the Island Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities

Greet and escort guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and warmth.

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly using the OPERA system.

Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly with empathy and efficiency.

Provide personalized guest service and ensure all requests are handled seamlessly.

Maintain clear communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments.

Create lasting impressions by delivering tailored experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Support the Front Office team in administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in this position, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to delivering luxury service in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate should have:

Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience at a luxury island resort.

Working proficiency with the OPERA property management system.

A vibrant, engaging personality with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and complete responsibilities in a timely manner.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Prior experience in Personalized Butler Service is highly desirable.
