Canareef Resort Maldives is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals who are passionate about people, organizational development, and employee engagement.
As an HR Officer, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth coordination between management and staff. The position requires a team player who is results-driven and committed to upholding the resort’s values of hospitality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Officer at Canareef Resort Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assisting with payroll, attendance, and administrative documentation.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and databases.
- Coordinating staff training, welfare activities, and professional development initiatives.
- Providing support to department heads and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with resort policies and Maldivian labor laws.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Maldivian Nationals Only.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a resort or hospitality setting.
