Diamonds Thudufushi Maldives is looking for a charismatic and dynamic Chief Entertainer to lead the resort’s vibrant recreation and entertainment programs. This role is at the heart of guest interaction, combining performance, wellness instruction, and activity coordination to create unforgettable moments for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities
As Chief Entertainer at Diamonds Thudufushi Maldives, your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and organizing daily recreational and wellness activities including sports, yoga, and games.
- Setting up, maintaining, and operating all equipment such as yoga mats, sound systems, and lighting for programs and events.
- Performing in and coordinating evening entertainment including live shows, DJ sets, dancing, theatre, and games.
- Designing engaging activities for both children and adults, while contributing new ideas to grow the entertainment program.
- Promoting activities to enhance guest satisfaction and support marketing efforts to boost resort revenue.
- Collaborating with other resort departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance with local safety regulations.
- Accurately updating daily activity boards and event schedules.
- Teaching beginner-friendly yoga poses and breathing techniques tailored to guest needs.
- Fluency in Italian will be considered an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills Required

- Proven experience in entertainment, performance, recreation, or wellness instruction within a resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong stage presence, charisma, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a strong advantage.
