JOALI BEING is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join its dynamic Finance Department. This luxury resort job offers a unique opportunity for finance professionals passionate about working in a five-star, wellness-focused environment.
As a Finance Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring the smooth financial operation of the resort. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with the finance team.

Maintain compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

Use accounting software such as SunSystem, Opera, MC Fusion, and POS systems efficiently.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

Provide insights and suggestions for financial improvements and cost control.

Handle ad hoc financial tasks as required by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role within a five-star luxury resort environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software including SunSystem, Opera, MC Fusion, and POS.
