Madifushi Private Island is currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations. This luxury resort job calls for a motivated leader who can oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring that guests enjoy impeccable dining experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing daily operations of the restaurant and bar areas to ensure smooth service delivery

Leading, training, and motivating F&B staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Overseeing budgeting, financial management, and POS system operations

Monitoring inventory and controlling costs while maintaining quality standards

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Qualifications and Skills Required
