1. Reservations Agent
Location: Furaveri Island Resort, Raa Atoll, Maldives
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a flair for guest communication and booking systems?
We are looking for a highly motivated Reservations Agent to manage and handle reservation requests, ensuring seamless guest experiences from the moment of inquiry to arrival.
Key Responsibilities – Reservations Agent

Manage guest reservations efficiently using Opera and Property Management Systems (PMS).

Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and booking platforms.

Maintain updated records of bookings and guest preferences.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate guest information is relayed.

Upsell resort offerings and packages to optimize revenue.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
Qualifications and Skills Required – Reservations Agent

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reservations role within the hospitality industry.

Proficiency in Opera and PMS systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.

Prior experience in Maldives resorts is a significant advantage.

Positive attitude and adaptability to a remote island environment.
2. Demi Chef de Partie (Staff Canteen)
Location: Furaveri Island Resort, Raa Atoll, Maldives
We are also hiring a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for the staff canteen. This role is essential in maintaining quality, hygiene, and nutrition standards for our team members.
Key Responsibilities – Demi Chef de Partie

Assist in preparing and presenting daily meals for the staff according to resort standards.

Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation practices in food preparation areas.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for stock requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in all food storage and kitchen areas.

Contribute to menu planning and bring creative input to improve staff meal satisfaction.

Support the kitchen team with food preparation across all shifts.
Qualifications and Skills Required – Demi Chef de Partie

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.

Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multicultural kitchen team.
