These resort-based roles offer a chance to be part of an exclusive team committed to delivering exceptional, guest-centric experiences. You’ll be working at one of the most prestigious island resorts in the Maldives, where nothing is fixed and anything is possible.
Key Responsibilities
🟠 Reservations Agent

Handle all guest reservation inquiries and bookings through phone, email, and online platforms

Coordinate with the operations and front office teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals

Manage and update the reservations system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
-
Respond to special guest requests and personalize itineraries
-
Provide pricing, availability, and promotional details when requested
🟢 Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Support the sales and marketing team in executing daily administrative tasks
-
Assist in developing content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials
-
Maintain and update client databases and sales documentation
-
Coordinate familiarization trips, media visits, and partner collaborations
-
Monitor marketing KPIs and provide reports on campaign performance
Qualifications and Skills Required
We are looking for motivated and service-oriented professionals with the following qualifications:
Reservations Agent

Prior experience in a similar role at a luxury resort or hotel preferred

Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

A guest-first mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Degree or certification in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

Previous experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry is advantageous

Skilled in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and content creation

Creative, organized, and deadline-oriented

Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal communication skills
