Job Title and Description: Chief Engineer
DusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives is currently seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the engineering operations of the resort. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about maintaining high safety and operational standards while driving excellence in a luxury resort setting.
The Chief Engineer will oversee all aspects of maintenance, repair, and safety management, ensuring seamless operations aligned with Dusit International standards. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for safeguarding guest satisfaction and contributing to the resort’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
As Chief Engineer, you will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all engineering operations to maintain resort facilities at optimal performance levels.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure safety and efficiency across all resort assets.

Oversee technical staff training and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Manage risk by enforcing compliance with Dusit International’s health, safety, and environmental policies.

Collaborate with other department heads to support operational goals and guest satisfaction.

Prepare and manage budgets related to engineering functions and maintenance projects.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.

Qualifications and Skills Required
