Job Title and Description

We are currently hiring for the following hospitality jobs in Maldives:

F&B Attendant (Male) – Chinese Speaking
F&B Attendant (Female) – Russian Speaking
Kids Club Attendant (Female) – Chinese Speaking
Butler (Female) – Russian Speaking

These exciting opportunities are ideal for individuals who thrive in guest-centric roles and are fluent in either Chinese or Russian, depending on the position. We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and service-oriented professionals who can bring warmth, attentiveness, and cultural understanding to their interactions with guests.

As a member of the OZEN team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional experiences that reflect the highest standards of a luxury resort job in the Maldives.

Key Responsibilities

F&B Attendant (Chinese/Russian Speaking)

Greet and serve guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service in all dining outlets.
Communicate clearly with guests in Chinese or Russian, ensuring an inclusive experience.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to resort policy.

Kids Club Attendant (Chinese Speaking)

Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for children of various age groups.
Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.
Communicate effectively with children and parents, particularly Chinese-speaking families.
Maintain child supervision protocols and health and safety regulations.

Butler (Russian Speaking)

Provide personalized butler services, including guest arrival and departure assistance.
Serve as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking guests.
Anticipate guest needs and tailor services to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
Coordinate with departments to deliver seamless luxury experiences.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To qualify for these resort careers in Maldives, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Minimum one year of experience in the same role, preferably at a five-star luxury resort.
Fluency in Chinese or Russian, depending on the position.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
