We are searching for individuals who are responsible, proactive, and capable of managing daily operations while delivering exceptional guest service. Ideal candidates are team players committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism in a dynamic luxury resort setting.
Key Responsibilities
Each role carries unique duties, including but not limited to:

Managing operations effectively to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Supervising and demonstrating daily tasks with full working knowledge of responsibilities.

Promoting a positive team spirit and maintaining harmonious relationships among colleagues.

Delivering courteous, friendly, and professional service to all guests.

Ensuring compliance with Maldivian laws and ethical business practices.

Assisting in special projects as directed by Resort Management.

Supporting guest wellness and activity programs (Wellness Activity Guide).

Facilitating training programs and development initiatives (Assistant Learning & Development Manager).

Handling executive secretarial duties and coordinating social media and PR campaigns (Executive Secretary cum Social Media and PR Coordinator).
Qualifications and Skills Required
To qualify for these roles, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Comprehensive knowledge and ability to supervise and perform all assigned duties.
