Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for the following:

Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales and marketing plans aligned with business goals

Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives across all distribution channels

Lead and mentor the resort’s Sales & Marketing team to deliver exceptional results

Manage relationships with key partners, travel agents, and corporate clients

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to optimize strategies

Oversee the creation and execution of engaging digital and traditional marketing campaigns

Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms

Maximize occupancy and yield through effective revenue management techniques

Represent NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi at global tourism fairs, events, and trade shows

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between guest experiences and marketing communications
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate for this Maldives resort career opportunity will bring both vision and hands-on expertise. We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality sector
