1. ADMIN & GENERAL
🔹 Head of Operations
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead teams, optimize resources, and maintain operational excellence across different departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
2. WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS
🔹 Cluster Procurement Manager
- Manage procurement strategies and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to optimize supply chain operations.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring materials and supplies are available as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and manage purchasing activities.
3. LANDSCAPE
🔹 Horticulturist
- Design, maintain, and enhance the natural landscapes of Fari Islands.
- Ensure the health and aesthetics of gardens, greenery, and outdoor spaces.
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices in alignment with environmental goals.
- Supervise and train gardening staff to maintain high landscaping standards.
4. ENGINEERING & UTILITIES
🔹 AC Technician
- Perform maintenance, installation, and repairs of air-conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot AC issues to ensure the comfort of both guests and employees.
- Adhere to safety and energy efficiency standards in HVAC operations.
- Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and system upgrades.
🔹 LV MV Technician
- Maintain and repair low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical systems.
- Ensure electrical safety, troubleshooting any system malfunctions.
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to maintain power distribution efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all electrical work.
Requirements for All Positions
