1. Bar Attendant
As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires creativity, efficiency, and an outgoing personality to engage with guests and enhance their experience at our resort’s bars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the resort’s standards.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, assisting with inventory control.
- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring all beverages are prepared hygienically.
- Suggest and recommend beverages to guests based on their preferences.
- Work closely with the service team to provide seamless food and beverage service.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverage mixing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
2. Waiter (Local Candidates Only)
As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding dining experiences to our guests. Whether it’s breakfast by the beach, a fine-dining experience, or a casual meal by the pool, you will ensure every guest receives excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu choices.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Ensure tables are set up properly before service and cleared efficiently after meals.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Handle guest concerns and special requests professionally.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A professional and friendly demeanor.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
