Job Position: Spa Receptionist (Russian-Speaking)
We are currently hiring a Spa Receptionist who is fluent in Russian and English to manage the reception and overall administration of the spa. This role requires an individual with outstanding customer service skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality.
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking wellness treatments, ensuring they receive personalized service and an unforgettable spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Guest Interaction & Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding customer care by welcoming and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Address guest inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, and products, ensuring they receive comprehensive and accurate information.
- Offer personalized consultation and retail advice to guests on homecare products.
- Assist guests with any queries related to the resort, not limited to spa services.
✔️ Spa Bookings & Administration:
- Manage all spa bookings efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling and minimizing waiting times for guests.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for spa guests.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, guest preferences, and special requests.
- Organize and manage daily spa paperwork and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with spa policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of service.
✔️ Operations & Sales Support:
- Promote spa services, special offers, and wellness products to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle financial transactions related to spa services, including payments and invoicing.
- Ensure that all areas of the spa reception remain clean, well-organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
✅ Experience: A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
✅ Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian is essential to communicate effectively with international guests.
✅ Customer Service Excellence: A passion for hospitality with a guest-centric approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✅ Personality: A pleasant, positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
✅ Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, handle inquiries efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
