Position: Nutritionist – Wellbeing Department
Role Overview
As a Nutritionist at JOALI BEING, you will play a key role in helping guests achieve their wellness goals by providing expert guidance on nutrition, diet, and overall health. Your knowledge and expertise will be instrumental in designing personalized nutritional programs that align with the resort’s holistic approach to well-being.
In this role, you will work closely with wellness experts, chefs, and therapists to create transformative nutrition plans tailored to each guest’s needs. Whether guiding individuals through detox programs, gut health restoration, or longevity-focused nutrition, you will be at the forefront of a groundbreaking wellness movement.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop Personalized Nutrition Plans – Assess guests' health and wellness goals to design tailored dietary programs that promote optimal well-being.
✔ Conduct Nutritional Assessments – Use a science-backed approach to analyze guests' dietary habits, health history, and lifestyle to provide actionable recommendations.
✔ Educate and Guide Guests – Lead engaging workshops, one-on-one consultations, and group sessions to educate guests about balanced eating, mindful consumption, and nutritional well-being.
✔ Collaborate with Culinary Teams – Work alongside the resort’s chefs to curate nutrient-rich menus that align with various wellness journeys.
✔ Stay Updated on Research & Trends – Continuously explore the latest advancements in nutritional science, biochemistry, and human physiology to ensure evidence-based recommendations.
✔ Support Detox and Well-being Programs – Assist in delivering specialized programs that focus on microbiome health, immunity, weight management, and longevity.
✔ Promote a Holistic Approach to Health – Integrate nutrition with the four pillars of well-being to help guests achieve long-term vitality and balance.
✔ Ensure a Personalized Experience – Offer a unique, one-on-one approach to every guest, ensuring their experience is immersive, educational, and effective.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, you must be a dedicated and knowledgeable Nutritionist with experience in luxury wellness environments. We are looking for someone who is passionate about holistic health, enjoys working with people, and has a deep understanding of the science behind nutrition.
Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nutritionist, preferably in a five-star luxury resort or wellness retreat.
🔹 Degree in Nutritional Science, Dietetics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
🔹 Strong understanding of biochemistry, human physiology, and the impact of nutrition on overall well-being.
🔹 Excellent research and data analysis skills to support evidence-based recommendations.
🔹 Proven experience in personalized diet planning, nutritional education, and lifestyle coaching.
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile clientele.
🔹 Creativity and critical thinking to design innovative and effective nutrition programs.
🔹 An outgoing personality, with strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated mindset.
🔹 Ability to multi-task, adapt, and work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
