Now Hiring: Jadugar (Butler) – Arabic Speaking

We are currently looking for an Arabic-speaking Jadugar to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is not only service-oriented but also passionate about luxury hospitality, guest satisfaction, and holistic well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a dedicated guest liaison, ensuring all their needs and preferences are met with discretion and efficiency.
- Provide highly personalized service, enhancing guest experiences through attention to detail and thoughtful gestures.
- Assist guests with itineraries, dining arrangements, and wellness programs, ensuring a seamless and enriching stay.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of JOALI BEING’s philosophy, wellness offerings, and resort facilities.
- Uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
- Coordinate with various departments, including housekeeping, dining, spa, and wellness, to ensure that guests receive a flawless experience.
- Use Opera PMS and other computing systems to manage guest requests, bookings, and special arrangements efficiently.
- Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to deliver unforgettable experiences.
- Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are looking for an individual who embodies luxury hospitality, personalized service, and cultural understanding.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ At least 3 years of experience working in a five-star luxury resort in a similar role.
✔ Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
✔ Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and office software for managing guest records and communication.
✔ Previous experience working in remote island locations is preferred.
✔ Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Highly adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
✔ A natural problem solver with a positive and proactive approach to guest service.
✔ Professional appearance with a warm, engaging, and welcoming demeanor.
✔ Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism at all times.
✔ Passion for leading a healthy lifestyle, in line with the values of JOALI BEING.
