Current Job Opportunity: Guest Relations Officer (Maldivian Only)
We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join our Front Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a guest-facing role and is eager to provide exceptional hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide personalized services, addressing guest requests and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and guest engagement at all times.
- Coordinate with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
- Handle special requests, such as arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, or excursions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Experience & Skills Required:
✔️ Passion for Hospitality – Candidates should have a strong commitment to delivering world-class guest service.
✔️ Adaptability & Professionalism – Ability to meet company expectations and work in a flexible schedule as per operational needs.
✔️ Operational Experience – Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel environment.
✔️ Communication Skills – Must be fluent in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
✔️ Multi-Tasking & Problem-Solving – Able to handle high-pressure situations, multi-unit operations, and large-scale resorts.
