Position: Transport Manager
Location: Grand Park Kodhipparu, Maldives

Are you an experienced and dynamic professional with expertise in marine operations? We are seeking a Transport Manager to oversee and ensure seamless transport operations in a speedboat-operated resort. If you are passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency, this is the perfect role for you.
Job Profile
- Monitor boat transfers and maintain accurate boat movement records daily.
- Liaise effectively with relevant authorities and resort departments for guest transfer schedules and other transport requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with the Airport and Front Office teams.
- Order and maintain all necessary equipment for transport operations.
- Manage departmental financial objectives and practice cost-conscious strategies.
- Create and oversee duty rosters for marine and land transport teams, including buggy operations.
- Evaluate training needs and deliver continuous skills and knowledge development programs.
- Maintain good connections with local authorities for regulatory and operational requirements.
- Foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment for team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a speedboat-operated resort.
- Proficiency in maintenance, preventive maintenance, and marine legislation.
- Strong knowledge of marine safety and security protocols.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Extroverted personality with exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with guests during arrivals and departures.
