Position: Mini Bar Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mini Bar Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring the mini bar services meet the highest standards of quality and service. The responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Mini Bar Set-Up: You will be in charge of preparing the mini bar daily, ensuring all products are stocked in accordance with the resort’s standards.
  • Inventory Management: Properly stock and store beverages and other mini bar items, ensuring compliance with inventory guidelines and security protocols.
  • Stock Reconciliation: Perform regular stock checks to ensure that physical stock matches the inventory sheets, and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Maintain the mini bar, bar areas, and office spaces immaculately, following resort cleaning standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Stock Rotation (FIFO): Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) stock rotation method to maintain product freshness and prevent waste.
  • General Cleaning Tasks: Perform any necessary cleaning duties using standard resort cleaning products, adhering to health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent education, along with at least one year of previous experience in a hotel restaurant, room service, or mini bar environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction are essential to this role.
