Key Responsibilities

As the Landscaping Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing Landscaping Operations: Manage the daily operations of landscaping, including maintaining garden areas, water features, and green spaces throughout the resort.
• Project Management: Lead landscaping projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion while adhering to high standards of quality.
• Sustainability Focus: Implement sustainable landscaping practices, including the use of hydroponics and aquaponics to maintain the resort’s green spaces.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the landscaping team, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Guest Engagement: Ensure the resort’s landscaping contributes to guest experiences, including creating beautiful and inviting spaces that complement the resort’s overall aesthetic.
• Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with other resort departments to align landscaping efforts with the resort’s overall vision and guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping management, ideally in a luxury or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices, including hydroponics and aquaponics, is highly preferable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic team.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and landscape design.
