Position: Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage services, including preparation methods, outlets, and hotel services/features.
- Implement and oversee health, safety, and security procedures in the restaurant.
- Supervise team members to ensure timely and high-quality service, adhering to departmental standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests, remembering names and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Address guest complaints and feedback tactfully and efficiently.
- Manage administrative tasks related to cashiering, bar operations, and compliance with company policies.
Skills & Experience Required
- High School Education or Diploma in Hospitality.
- Additional certifications in Food & Beverage are a plus.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
