Candidate Criteria
To succeed in this role, we evaluate candidates based on the following:
- Grooming & Attitude: A professional appearance and a positive, welcoming demeanor.
- Skills & Knowledge: Strong expertise in relevant financial and auditing practices.
- Eagerness to Learn & Deliver: A willingness to grow and contribute to our exceptional guest experiences.
- Education & Related Experience: Previous experience in finance or auditing within the hospitality industry.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (a must).
- Proficiency in hotel management software such as Opera, Micros, or Symphony.
- Additional qualifications in finance or auditing are a significant advantage.
