Job Opening: Commis - Team Canteen
As a key member of our kitchen team, the Commis - Team Canteen plays a vital role in delivering top-quality cuisine while maintaining impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards. This position is exclusively for Maldivian chefs who are driven to excel in a five-star resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all orders for the section according to agreed standards, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the section, adhering strictly to company hygiene regulations.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment in the assigned area is in excellent working condition.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the section efficiently.
- Exhibit impeccable grooming and presentation standards, including uniform upkeep.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A hardworking individual with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within a five-star resort.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
- Open to Maldivian nationals only.
