Key Competencies:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding guest service abilities, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Competence in verifying and guaranteeing the accuracy of guest billing.
- Proactive in attending to guest requests and inquiries.
