Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Maintenance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of all engineering systems and resort facilities. Responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing daily engineering and maintenance operations across the resort.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and maintain freezers, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, split AC units, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
- Support the maintenance and operation of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, including steam boilers.
- Monitor HVAC controls, GRMS, lighting control systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Ensure all engineering systems operate efficiently to minimize downtime and improve guest comfort.
- Assist with sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects throughout the resort.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with engineering regulations and resort policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation when required.
Qualifications and Skills Required
