We are seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in luxury hospitality or resort operations, who are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As Housekeeping Coordinator, you will ensure smooth housekeeping operations while leading a dedicated team in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain efficient operations.
- Oversee inventory control, cost management, and procurement of housekeeping supplies.
- Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring high levels of teamwork and performance.
- Monitor cleaning standards and implement quality control measures.
- Handle scheduling, reporting, and basic administrative tasks using MS Office.
- Provide solutions to operational challenges while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through proactive management.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar environment, preferably in luxury resort operations.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory control, and cost management.
- Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented with high professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with clear and professional communication skills.
