Job Title and Description

OZEN LIFE MAADHOO is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to the General Manager to join its dynamic team. This key position plays a vital role in supporting the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination of executive functions, and maintaining high standards of communication and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the General Manager.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents with strong analytical insights.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.

  • Assist in monitoring operational performance and preparing executive summaries.
  • Support decision-making processes through data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • 4 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a General Manager in a 5-star luxury resort or hotel.
  • Previous experience with international hospitality brands; Maldives resort experience is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating executive meetings and providing high-level administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Advanced reporting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.

  • Proficiency in Opera PMS, Micros Material Control, and Microsoft Office applications.
