OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru Resort is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual for the role of:
- Activities and Kids Club Supervisor (Maldivian Only)
This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys working with guests of all ages, managing recreational programs, and ensuring that every activity reflects the high standards expected at a luxury resort. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities and programs within the Kids Club and resort recreational offerings.
- Ensure safety and engagement of all guests participating in organized activities.
- Plan and implement fun, creative, and age-appropriate programs for children and families.
- Train, mentor, and supervise activity staff to maintain consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor equipment and supplies, ensuring all resources are available and maintained.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star resort in the Maldives.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Pleasant, energetic personality with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
- Flexible with working hours and shifts.
- Patient, hands-on approach, and a genuine people’s person.
