Job Titles and Description

Velassaru Maldives is seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join its culinary team. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving foods according to established standards, recipe cards, and plating guides. This position reports to the Sous Chef and plays a vital role in supervising and training junior kitchen staff, ensuring every dish meets the high-quality expectations of a luxury resort.

General Requirements

Applicants for the Chef De Partie role should meet the following qualifications and skills:

  • Ensure proper storage, security, and safety of raw and cooked food and kitchen equipment.
