Job Title and Description

Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives is looking for a highly motivated and creatively driven Marketing Communications (MarComs) Manager. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional ready to lead key marketing initiatives for a popular and award-winning luxury resort. The selected candidate will be based on the island and will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, while also collaborating with Corporate Commercial Teams.

The MarComs Manager will be responsible for implementing strategic marketing and communication activities aimed at strengthening the resort’s global visibility and driving commercial success. Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Communications (MarComs) Manager will oversee a wide range of duties, including:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event platforms.
  • Produce guest-facing marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and resort standards.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, engagement activities, and performance reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate content production, including photography and videography.
  • Support PR and Communications initiatives, host media familiarization trips, and maintain strong media relationships.
  • Collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive content creation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and align marketing strategies with sales and commercial objectives.
  • Organize promotional events and create campaign materials such as brochures, menus, and collaterals.
  • Provide administrative support for reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Act as an on-site brand ambassador ensuring brand consistency across all resort touchpoints.
  • Manage content and compliance across digital channels, websites, and marketing materials.

  • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office.
