Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef (Hot Kitchen) at Finolhu Maldives, your key duties will include:
- Overseeing all hot kitchen operations, ensuring high culinary standards and food quality.
- Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff to foster skill development and teamwork.
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented according to the resort’s quality expectations.
- Maintaining full compliance with HACCP principles and food safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills Required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global cuisines with a focus on Asian, Western, and Indian culinary styles.
- Experience in In-Villa Dining service and menu execution.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food hygiene standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field (preferred).
