Milaidhoo Maldives is looking for a skilled and dedicated Marine Mechanic to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of marine engines, boats, and related equipment used in daily resort operations.
This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward preventive maintenance. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the resort’s marine fleet operates safely and efficiently, supporting guest transfers and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
As a Marine Mechanic at Milaidhoo Maldives, your duties will include:
- Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing outboard and inboard engines used in resort vessels.
- Performing diagnostics on mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and operational interruptions.
- Overseeing the repair and upkeep of resort buggies and other mechanical assets as needed.
- Ensuring all marine equipment complies with safety and environmental standards.

- Providing technical support during boat transfers and emergency situations.
