Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Sous Chef at Sun Siyam Iru Veli Maldives, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations and daily food preparation.
  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes served across various outlets.

  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in compliance with resort policies.

  • Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in cost control, minimizing waste while maximizing efficiency.
