SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will support various aspects of HR operations including recruitment, payroll, training, and employee engagement, ensuring a smooth and positive work environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Executive at SAii Lagoon Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with company and government policies.
- Assisting with training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
