AAA Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for visual storytelling, brand identity, and digital design. The Graphic Designer will play a key part in shaping the brand’s visual communication across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer at AAA Hotels & Resorts, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, menus, and advertisements.
- Create engaging digital assets for social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all media.
- Conceptualize and produce visual content for resort events, promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Maintain the brand’s visual identity, asset library, and design guidelines.
- Edit and enhance photographs and videos to align with marketing requirements.
- Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and media partners for production needs.
- Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure high-quality output.
- Create engaging social media reels and short-form videos with creative effects to increase audience engagement.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or a creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video editing is an added advantage.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
