Key Responsibilities
As a Boat Crew member at Outrigger Maldives Maafushivaru Resort, your duties will include:
- Assisting in the operation, docking, and navigation of resort boats and other marine vessels.
- Ensuring the safety of guests and colleagues during all boat operations and transfers.
- Performing regular maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks on boats and equipment.
- Supporting guest excursions, diving, and water sports activities as needed.
- Providing courteous and professional assistance to guests during boarding and disembarkation.
