Key Responsibilities
As a Bell Service Attendant at Milaidhoo Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing assistance with luggage and transport arrangements.
- Escorting guests to their villas while offering brief introductions to the resort facilities and services.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient guest departures, including luggage handling and coordination with transportation.
- Providing courteous and professional service at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to meet guest requests promptly.
- Assisting with domestic departures, excursions, and other logistical arrangements as required.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance in the Bell Desk and surrounding areas.
