OBLU NATURE Helengeli is seeking a professional, friendly, and dynamic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals passionate about mixology, guest interaction, and delivering exceptional service in a luxury island resort environment.
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene. Key Responsibilities
As a Bartender at OBLU NATURE Helengeli, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, according to resort standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in beverage preparation and service.
- Upsell beverages and special promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with inventory management and bar supplies as required.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar Bartender role, preferably in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment.
- Flexible, adaptable, and an excellent team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
