Emerald Faarufushi Resort & Spa is looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join our exceptional Food & Beverage team. Key Responsibilities

As a Bartender at Emerald Faarufushi Resort & Spa, your key duties will include:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beverages according to resort standards.
• Providing outstanding and personalized service to all guests in bar and lounge areas.
• Engaging with guests in a professional and friendly manner to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with resort and LQA service standards at all times.
• Collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to create innovative drink menus and seasonal specials.
• Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring all products meet quality requirements.
• Assisting in beverage training for junior team members and promoting a culture of excellence.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury resort or fine dining environment.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with LQA service standards will be an added advantage.
• Outstanding guest interaction and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• A positive “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest standards of service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
