Velassaru Maldives is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wine Sommelier / Junior Sommelier to join its Food & Beverage team. Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Sommelier at Velassaru Maldives, your key duties will include:
- Assisting the Beverage Manager in updating the wine list and placing orders.
- Maintaining the wine cellar, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and stock levels.
- Monitoring beverage quality and upholding standards at all times.
- Supervising wine service and collaborating with winemakers to enhance selections.

- WSET Level 1 and 2 certification.
