Position: Visual Merchandising Area Supervisor

Crown & Champa Resorts is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Area Supervisor to oversee visual presentation across multiple retail outlets within its resorts. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong eye for aesthetics, retail trends, and brand identity.
The Visual Merchandising Area Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring consistency across retail spaces, enhancing the guest shopping experience, and driving sales through innovative and engaging merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
As a Visual Merchandising Area Supervisor at Crown & Champa Resorts, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining consistency and implementing merchandising guidelines across all resort retail outlets.
- Creating merchandising plans for new arrivals, arranging displays, and designing boutique layouts to enhance the shopping environment and boost sales.
- Monitoring stock control, assisting with inventories, and analyzing sales statistics to optimize product placement.
- Rotating stock effectively through creative displays, seasonal promotions, and guest-focused campaigns.
- Making sales predictions based on product popularity and past performance, identifying target groups, and analyzing guest purchasing patterns.
- Planning and conducting staff training sessions on product knowledge, visual concepts, guest service, conversational skills, and upselling techniques.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion/Retail Management, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising and supervision, preferably in retail or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and brand alignment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with visual merchandising tools or software.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and coordination skills.
