Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Hostess at Milaidhoo Maldives, your role will include:
- Warmly welcoming and seating guests while ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Managing restaurant reservations and maintaining efficient seating plans.
- Assisting in smooth communication between guests and service staff.
- Ensuring the highest standards of guest service in line with Milaidhoo’s luxury hospitality values.
- Supporting the Food & Beverage team in creating signature “Milaidhoo Moments.”
- Contributing to overall restaurant operations and assisting in other F&B outlets when required.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and goal-driven mindset.
- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to contribute to guest experiences.
- Well-groomed with no visible tattoos.
- Experience across multiple F&B outlets is considered an added advantage.
