Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resort Nurse to join its professional team. This role plays a vital part in safeguarding the health, safety, and overall wellbeing of both guests and associates on the island.
The Resort Nurse will provide medical support, emergency response, and wellness care in alignment with the resort’s high standards of guest service. Key Responsibilities
As a Resort Nurse at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional nursing care, first aid, and medical assistance to guests and associates.
- Managing daily clinic operations, including consultations, treatments, and health checks.
- Monitoring, ordering, and managing medical supplies and clinic equipment.
- Responding promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, coordinating with local hospitals when required.
- Conducting health and safety awareness sessions for resort associates.
- Supporting Human Resources with employee wellness programs and health initiatives.
- Ensuring full compliance with Maldives health regulations and resort policies.

Qualifications and Skills Required
